The Speaker again referred the following bill, which was in the Rules          
Committee, to the Finance Committee:                                           
                                                                               
HOUSE BILL NO. 60                                                             
"An Act making appropriations for capital projects; and providing             
for an effective date."                                                        
                                                                               
HB 60 was removed from the Rules Committee and sent to the                     
Finance Committee.
